Education & Support

  • Education Assistance: Coordination of training teleconference sessions between Office Ally and the practice. Attendance at teleconference sessions for each major functionality area: front desk, mid-level provider functionality, physician functionality, and billing functionality
  • Progress Note/Clinical Documentation Template Support: A starter set of templates will be provided by CHW. Additional template design to be coordinated with Office Ally and/or through education of clinic staff.
  • Go-Live Readiness Assessment:  Complete on-site go-live readiness assessment including reviewing checklist of trained items, review of master file set-up as configured by practice, confirming practice has completed conversion of paper forms to electronic forms, data migration completeness, interface readiness (from hospital systems), set-up and use of system in a Meaningful Use way, completion of future state workflow training (prior to go-live)
  • Go-Live Support:  On-site go-live support (2 days at time of go-live)
